Divide up into 3 groups within each team - so approximately 15 - 17 per group.

Each group will get an envelope when it is their turn - they are NOT to share the information with the other groups in their team.

While one group is working, the other groups will be doing team building games - Nicole will have equipment and instructions for these.

The first group needs to design and build a safety capsule for the team eggs.

The second group will need to design and build half of the floating raft, mount the safety capsule and find a way to move it across the pool - but will not be told anything by the first or second groups about what they had planned.

Everyone will come together for the transfer.
